My client is a highly respected real estate investor with a long and distinguished track record of investing Asia, as part of their planned expansion they have a pressing need to recruit a bright, highly motivated and driven asset manager to join their team in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Build strategic asset plans for a portfolio of retail assets in Asia
• Ensure that the asset plans are delivered through building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead retail and financial feasibilities for asset enhancement projects
• Participate in asset acquisition and divestment initiative(s)
• Be responsible for management reporting, annual asset valuation and other corporate responsibilities for assets under management

Requirement:

• A proven track record of delivering returns through pro-active asset management of retail assets
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with leadership role
• People-oriented with strong communication and influencing skills
• Critical thinker and effective solutions provider
