Senior Leasing Manager – Real Estate Fund Management – Singapore

My client are a very known and respected real estate investment company in Singapore, in line with current business needs they have a requirement to recruit a senior leasing manager to their team in Singapore

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to source for overseas retailers and market the investment portfolio to overseas retailers
• Establish and build relationship and network with overseas retailers that can rejuvenate tenant mix of a portfolio of shopping malls
• Identify and source for opportunities for collaboration with partners and overseas retailers who are looking to expand into Singapore
• Ability to link overseas retailers with local business partners on joint venture and franchise opportunities, to lease a large retail portfolio
• Build and maintain good market intelligence and good knowledge of latest trends of both local and overseas retail industry

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Management or Diploma in Real Estate
• Minimum 8 years’ leasing experience
• An enthusiastic team member who possesses excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel when borders reopen
• Driven and ability to work independently
