We are recruiting talented Process Engineers for Global electronics R&D engineering companies across various locations in Europe. Our clients are multinational, worldwide market leaders in their field. These are outstanding opportunities to become a major part of this dynamic organisation going through a high growth phase.

Ideal candidate:

• Degree or HND, Degree or PhD in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• At least 2 years experience (5+ for more Senior roles) in process engineering, testing of electronic components in high-volume manufacturing – high-tech cleanroom
• Expertise in various process improvement and controls: die separation, singulation, dry etching, thin film deposition or vacuum technology depending on the role
• Experience in working in an international environment
• A keen interest in semiconductor processes improvement to maximise the yield and ensure the safe operation of the processes
• Fluent in English, and German is highly advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Engineering Managers of the product areas assigned
• Development and documentation of the assigned process
• Each stage process improvement, development, testing etc
• Develop and actively support the transfer of results into production
