The company is international with offices across the US, Germany, the UK and Luxembourg.

 

We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager who understands the Real Estate Investment business for their Berlin Office (HQ).

 

Job Description:

 

Role Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic office manager to work in the Berlin office with a direct reporting line to the company’s Finance Director.

 

Administration:

  • Drafting invoices;
  • In charge of online payments
  • Arranging express courier/ DHL;
  • Distribution and register of incoming mail;
  • Archives.

 

Office management:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the external IT support;
  • Ordering office supplies;
  • Coordinating meetings and boardrooms;
  • Managing suppliers.

 

Personal assistant duties:

  • Document signature;
  • Booking travel arrangements;
  • Drafting expenses report;
  • Credit card expenses verification.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in German and English;
  • 3-6 years experience in an administrative position;
  • 2 + years of experience in Real Estate;
  • Positive friendly and professional attitude;
  • Strong communication skills.
