Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Geneva / Lausanne region

We are recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a fast growing international company in the Geneva lake region. Job responsibilities include:

• Reporting directly to the Project and Systems Director
• Key person for the implementation and upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision
• Work closely with the business units (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain etc) in a functional role – Supporting and resolving any business process and system issues – both day 2 day and concerning the MS NAV implementation
• Act as the bridge between the business units and the system
• Point person in the implementation of continuous improvements in all MS NAV IT systems
• Provide the Operations staff with training and guidance on systems, testing, upgrades etc
• Lead sessions with the MS NAV / Navision staff to develop systems, define requirements and document
• Work closely with subsidiaries globally

Candidate Profile:

• Educated to degree level in Business / IT / Finance or similar subject
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a multinational environment
• At least 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision – Preferably up to date with the latest upgrades
• Working in a functional capacity and able to be the bridge between the business units and the system
• Great relationship builder – able to deal with internal customers to define requirements, make recommendations and general support
• Excellent communicator – able to deal with internal customers and senior management as well as 3rd party suppliers
• Fluent English required – additional languages an advantage – Chinese, French, German…
• Table to work in a lively, fun and international team environment
• Great sense of humour required!
