Head of Fund Distribution – Leading Investment Management Company

Introduction:

Our client is a leading international Investment Management company already well established in Luxembourg.

For their rapidly expanding European operation, we are recruiting for a newly created Head of Fund Distribution.

The position is a key member of the senior management team and offers excellent scope for future development.

Job Description:

• Manage the Global Distribution Oversight team
• Commissions activities.
• Report to the board of the Management company.
• Oversight on distribution network: client on-boarding, Marketing materials (Kiid Factsheet, prospectus, EMT), Distribution agreements, TA linking, and post-sales service.
• Funds registration oversight.
• Evaluation of regulatory changes impacting Global Distribution strategy.
• Participate in the setup and monitoring of new products or new share class type.

Candidate Profile:

5 years + in Fund distribution activities

Senior Manager profile with 2 years + in a similar position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
