My client is one of the leading real estate investment companies in Europe focusing on the ownership and management of logistics and distribution properties.

Role Overview

(Junior) AP Administrator to the Finance Team, working closely with accountants and the Treasury Team, with the objective of organising the running tasks such as payables, and working under minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Monitoring day-to-day administrative matters of investment portfolios
  • Payment processing and maintaining payment control list
  • Maintaining cash books
  • Arranging and monitoring the signature of corporate documents and managing other administrative tasks
  • Supporting accounts payable team on payment related matters
  • Upload of invoices onto various platforms
  • Maintaining filing systems, internal and external archive management
  • Revising Direct Debits
  • Filing of bank statements and preparing all necessary folders for filling

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Very strong attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills
  • Some experience of invoicing will be required for this position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Good level of German, any additional language will be considered as an asset
  • Autonomous, conscientious, rigorous, helpful and pro-active
  • Customer-service oriented, able to interact with tact and diplomacy with colleagues and visitors
