I am looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Sales Manager to join my clients SME team.

The Senior Partnership Sales Manager leads the team responsible for the global development of new external partner relationships and the management of existing ones to help the Business reach more small business owners with their lending products.

You will oversee a team of local partnership managers, develop the partnership strategy and design partner related product offerings

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a remote global team of partnership reps to create new partner relationships and manages existing ones
  • Ensure local reps meet sales targets by providing ongoing support and coaching
  • Work with local reps to structure new partnership proposals, develop implementation plans, and close deals
  • Manage key existing accounts and assist partners with expanding their sales volumes
  • Develop innovative new methods of cooperation
  • Design new sales finance and affiliate products

Expected skills and experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Financial Management/Economics or similar degree to understand complex and multi level business lending dynamics
  • 5+ years of working experience in business development, strategic partnership management or B2B sales
  • Experience running successful business development teams
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management
  • Experience and proven track record successfully corporate business management with P&L responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and entrepreneur mindset
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills – Complex problem solving skills
  • Strong personality with the ability to handle stress and various tasks at the same time
  • Good written, oral and reading communication skills with English
  • Ability to travel
