Sales Director to locate in Luxembourg

We are looking for a Sales Director to Locate in Luxembourg to lead and further strengthen our Sales team for the French market.

The Sales team helps companies improve decision making through real-time social data. We identify prospects’ problems and needs, craft best-fitting solutions and ensure a smooth sales process to generate revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and grow a full team of Mid – Market to Enterprise Sales
  • Play an active role in all key sales opportunities
  • Achieve and overachieve monthly, quarterly and yearly team revenue target
  • Recruit, coach and evaluate the team
  • Accurately forecast and highlight the business risk
  • Develop executive relationships in key prospects and opportunities
  • Coordinate market initiatives with marketing product partner and other business stakeholders
  • Identify areas of improvement in sales processes and methodology approach

Your profile:

  • You have 4+ years of leadership experience leading and building high-performance sales teams
  • Experience selling software, Saas or IT products and services in Enterprise Accounts
  • Knowledge of sales methodology (Challenger, SPIN Selling, Sandler)
  • You have experience in Value Selling at all levels of Enterprise corporations, including C-suite
  • You are fluent in French
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and open communication culture
