Real Estate Asset Management Analyst – Singapore

My client are a SME real estate investor with a portfolio of assets in Singapore and Australia, in line with current business needs they have an urgent requirement to recruit an Analyst to their Asset Management team in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management the selected candidate will take on the following duties:

• Manage the overall performance of the properties within the portfolio which includes a business park and commercial offices across Singapore and Australia
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and operation budgets for the assigned properties
• Lead all asset management initiatives such as rental reviews, marketing, Capex, Opex and other strategic initiatives
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding any AEI works and oversee the process together with consultants
• Maintain close working relationships with market participants such as brokers, consultants, contractors, authorities, tenants, architect, planners and other consultants

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience within asset management roles in Australia, Singapore and within Asia Pacific
• Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Business preferred
• Experience working with real estate funds, developers and consultants would be a bonus
• Must have demonstrated experience within asset management functions – i.e. involved with leasing, tenant discussions and AEI/refurbishment programs
• Strong financial modelling skills would be an added bonus
