HR Manager/HR Officer – Luxembourg – 18 month FTC

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources for a well established office in Luxembourg. This is a standalone role so you would be involved in all areas of the HR process including but not limited to:

  • Managing employee relations
  • Setting up or dealing with staff delegation
  • Overall managing the whole employee lifecycle- from recruitment through to exit
  • HR process improvement
  • Coordinating/leading specific HR projects
  • Leading and or coordinating projects: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Recruitment Process review, Engagement Survey action follow up, Operational HR improvements,

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of local experience
  • English, also French or German speaker would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be able to prioritise workload
