Finance Manager – Real Estate Investment

My client are a real estate investment management platform with a proven track record of organizing opportunistic returns via specialized funds, syndication and partnership structures. They have urgent need to recruit a Finance Manager to their team in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Provide key support to GM on executing financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, statutory compliance in audit as well as tax requirements in several business jurisdictions, including Singapore and UK.
• Assist GM in preparing business plan, annual budget and quarterly forecast as well as quarterly financial reporting to the BOD.
• Responsible for all accounting related matters, including preparation of monthly / quarterly management reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Handle financial year-end audit, prepare audit schedules and financial statements, and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare quarterly GST / VAT returns, furnish annual ECI calculation and liaise with tax consultant to prepare and file annual corporate tax returns.
• Assist in compliance reporting function, including Know Your Client and FATCA.
• Support the company’s corporate secretarial and payroll processing function. Investor Reporting Function:
• Provide investors with comprehensive financial accounting, fund administration and investment reporting services, including handling year-end audit and preparing tax returns.
• Liaise with property manager, local bookkeeper, banks, auditors, consultants and other external parties for all finance-related issues.
• Provide support to Investment Department for Investment Origination, including review of financial modelling, feasibility analysis, capital and tax structure of proposed acquisitions and performing financial due diligence on target assets.
