Overview:

Our client is a world leading FMCG distributor and manufacturer with its European HQ based in Geneva. They are currently searching for an experienced and ambitious Credit Control Team Leader To join a very fast paced credit and collections team

Responsibilities Include:

• Training and supervision of a small credit and collections team

• Looking at many AR procedures including cash forecasting and DSO

• Finding problems and creating solutions for an overall more effective collections process

• Maintain departments compliance to Sarbanes and Oxley requirements

• Reporting accurate information to your line manager

• Pro-actively liaise with the markets’ customer services

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally degree educated

• Team leading/management experience is essential

• Fluent in English and French; German would be an advantage

• Experience in an international businesses AR department

• Ability to present and defend researched investment recommendations

• Fluent in English and French essential, German an advantage
